SNAILS

It is a Terran approaching clams and periwinkles. The snail is little caloric (70kcal / 100g) and contains 75% of high-quality protein, 15% fat and a low percentage of carbohydrates. It is an interesting source of iron, calcium, phosphorus and copper.
Apart from the pleasure that his tasting fear provide, its richness in magnesium is exceptional.
Fatty acid-rich polyunsaturated omega 3 and devoid of cholesterol, snails would be part of foods that reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. They are also widely consumed in Mediterranean diets.
